Class 4 Requirements
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 19 years old.
- You must have a valid Class 5 or 6 driver’s license, which typically means you must have held a full-privilege driver’s license for a minimum of two years.
- Required to have a driving record that shows fewer than four penalty point incidents within the previous two years.
- You must not have any driving-related criminal convictions within the past three years
- It is mandatory to settle any fines or outstanding debts owed to ICBC
